3 Hours Private Party

$699
  • Private functions are available for a minimum of three hours.
  • You are permitted to rearrange the table seating in the café and decorate the center to suit the occasion
  • You are welcome to bring your own food. The kitchen facilities are unable to be utilized yourself due to health and safety regulations.
  • We offer café or coffee service for your event, available by pre-arrangement. Platters can also be ordered directly from us
  • Staff to ensure that the evening goes to plan
  • We will contact you to confirm details after you book
  • You can set up 15 minutes prior to your function start time
  • $200 deposit required to secure your booking
  • Private hire bookings cannot be changed to a different date or a normal party less than 6 weeks from the date of the event.

Terms and Conditions

  • Earliest access is 5pm. Premises must be VACATED by 10:30pm unless pre-arranged with management. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the cafe is vacated by their guests.
  • The cost for a 3 hour hire is $700 plus an additional 1/2 hour for set up. A deposit bond of $100 is required. Any damage will be recompensed to Imagination Kidz.

During the party, the party host will offer coffee to the adults invited by the host. The total number of coffees served will be counted and added to the host’s final bill at the end of the party.
